The following instructions are provided to help you set up your branded email with Microsoft Outlook.
Follow these steps and you should be up and running in no time.
The number one reason that the step may not work is usually user error. Please make sure that you enter the information correctly and double check if there is an issue.
Remember that the user names and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
Please note: The following is for Outlook 2003. Instructions for Outlook 2007 coming soon.
1) Go to your E-mail Account settings

2) Click on ‘Add a new e-mail account’
3) Select POP3 and click Next.

4) Enter the POP3 Settings.

This could be anything, but is usualy is your Name. Maybe a company name as well. |

It is your FULL email address |

Enter the password that was provided. Remember it is case sensitive so be careful when you enter it. |

| Server Information |

The server address is the same for both the POP3 and the SMTP. It will be mail.yourdomain.com |

- NOTE: Before you test the settings, click on the ‘More Settings’ button in the lower right hand corner and proceed to step 5.

Step 5) Click on the ‘Advanced’ tab and look under Server Port Numbers.
Change your Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 25. Please note: If port 25 does not work, please try using port number 587.
Now Press OK and save all of your changes.
That is it. You can now press the ‘Test Account Settings’ button.
99.9% of the errors from this point would be from not entering your account name correctly and / or your password correctly.
Remember your password IS CASE SENSITIVE.
